Solicited Research Proposals

NTAP will invite proposals for targeted areas of research via announcements posted to the NTAP website and distributed within the scientific community several times per year.

Open Applications

In addition to solicited requests for application, NTAP invites proposals for research projects designed to accelerate the development of effective treatments for plexiform neurofibromas at any time.

Proposals should be no more than 2 pages in length and contain the key elements detailed here. Complete proposals should be emailed to trupp1@jhmi.edu and info@n-tap.org.

By the last week of each quarter, all proposals received through the open application mechanism will be reviewed by NTAP Leadership and the investigator will be contacted. Proposals of interest will be referred for additional peer review by members of the NTAP Scientific Advisory Board and appropriate experts. All submitted materials will be reviewed within NTAP's strict confidentiality guidelines.
